How to contact us

Notice process

Rights holders (or their authorized agent) should email legal@thecourseverdict.com with the following:

  • Your full legal name and, if applicable, the name of the rights holder you represent
  • A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
  • The exact URL(s) or description of the content on our site that is the subject of your claim
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, the law, or the agent of the rights holder
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder

We aim to respond within 5 business days of receiving a complete, good-faith notice. Incomplete notices may delay processing.
